Health Guarantee

All puppies All puppies purchased come with a 2-year health guarantee. Within 10 days of bringing your new puppy home, take him or her to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If the veterinarian finds your dog clinically ill or deceased due to an injury or illness contracted before the sale, you can choose from the following options:

• Return the dog for a full refund.
• Return the dog for a replacement of equal value.
• Keep the dog and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees, up to the purchase price.

However, these options do not apply if the seller provides a health certificate detailing any health problems at the time of sale. Additionally, if a veterinarian identifies a congenital or hereditary defect within one year of purchase, you have the same options listed above.

You must inform the seller of your veterinarian’s name, address, and phone number within two days of the vet’s diagnosis. Please note that failure to notify the seller within two business days will result in forfeiting your rights.

By purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the following:

1. Take your puppy to the vet within 10 days of arrival to ensure good health. This initial visit is crucial for your puppy’s well-being.

2. After leaving our care, you must protect your puppy from disease exposure. Avoid high-risk areas and treat your puppy like a newborn.

3. Validate your health guarantee by having your vet examine your puppy within 10 days. If your puppy shows signs of illness, seek veterinary care immediately.

4. Your shipped puppy has passed a vet check and received its first shots and deworming. Follow up with vaccinations and deworming as necessary.

5. If a veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a life-threatening congenital defect, provide a signed statement. We will replace your puppy with one of equal value.

6. You are responsible for all veterinary bills after purchase, and the guarantee is void if sold to a third party.

7. The new owner accepts the puppy’s medical history and assumes responsibility for all care. If the puppy dies, we may require an autopsy at your expense.

8. Our puppies receive a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian before leaving, ensuring they are checked for health issues.

10. Maltese puppies are especially delicate. They require a very high level of care. Moreover new Maltese puppy owners will need to take extra precautions regarding the feeding and care of the puppies. This is to ensure that the puppy lives healthy.

11. In addition we do guarantee that our Maltese puppies are healthy. Our maltese puppies are checked by a licensed veterinarian with health certificate.  In conclusion majority of them are free from known defects before they leave.
